Ingredients
1 oz. Painted Lady Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sake
.5 oz. Honey Simple syrup
Grapefruit zest
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, Campari, Sake, and honey simple. Stir and double strain into a chilled tumbler glass full of ice. Zest grapefruit onto the top of the drink and rim the glass. Grapefruit for garnish.
