Diablo Azul Reposado
This Northwest Reposado-style (which means barrel-rested) spirit is made from 100% organic blue agave nectar. It is handcrafted in small batches and offers notes of bright floral citrus with hints of a woodsy vanilla cinnamon finish. It’s a Double Gold Medal winner that’s perfect for smooth-sipping on any occasion.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Diablo Azul Reposado
1 oz fresh carrot juice
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
2 dashes of hot sauce
Celery for garnish
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass and garnish with celery.
