Currently SOLD OUT. This Northwest agave spirit is 100% organic blue agave nectar. Fantastic agave presence with subtle hints of dried black peppercorn, apple, and grassy notes. The aroma has honeysuckle notes with a beautiful finish. Silver medal winner.

Ingredients
2 oz. Diablo Azul Blanco
1 oz. lime juice
Spoonful of strawberry preserve
Soda water
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, shake ingredients and dump them into a rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
