We naturally infuse our lemon ginger vodka using sweet, spicy ginger root, and bright lemon zest. The deliciously balanced blend of citrus & spice makes it great in a Mule, lemon drops, and even traditional martinis.

Ingredients
2 oz. Bar Pilot Lemon Ginger Vodka
3/4 oz. honey green tea simple syrup
1/4 oz. lemon Juice
Fresh or pickled ginger garnish
Instructions
Add vodka, honey green tea, and lemon juice to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until mixed thoroughly. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a choice of ginger.
