Bar Pilot Gin
We follow the strict rules of a classic London-dry style gin and distill ours with juniper, coriander, cinnamon, lemon zest, angelica root, and cardamom. The result is a well-rounded flavor with aromatic characteristics that pair perfectly with tonic & lime.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Bar Pilot Gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz champagne or prosecco
Instructions
Place gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a champagne glass. Top with champagne.
